BodyBoss Nutrition Guide

The BodyBoss Superfood Nutrition Guide is a 12-Week Nutrition Plan that includes weekly meal plans, nutritious recipes, ingredients shopping lists, and tips for healthy eating habits. The guide is a package of 4 books— book 1 is a introduction to Superfoods and healthy eating, book 2 and 3 is the 12-week plan with recipes, and book 4 is a bonus recipes book. I developed and designed the guide and worked with a roster of food photographers to create the images for the recipes.
